MailProtect - FAQ
1.Can I access emails that have been blocked by MailProtect ?
Every user can and should subscribe to a spam digest. This is a daily report sent by email that lists messages which have been quarantined by MailProtect's filters during the preceding 24 hours. Any emails that the user would like to receive (providing it is safe to do so) can be released directly from the spam digest message. The email in question will appear in the user's normal inbox within a few minutes.
To switch on spam digests, a member of staff needs to log into the support site and select the 'Email' option from the 'My Account' tab. From the page which appears, it is possible to 'Opt in' to receiving these notifications.
Every LGfL StaffMail account holder also has the ability to log into the MailProtect website where it is possible to see details of all emails that have been sent to and from all of his/her known email addresses. This will include all aliases associated with the person and any shared mailboxes for which the person is designated as the "owner".
